The 36th Kita Ward Residents' Carnival will be held on Sunday, October 20, at Ogimachi Park and the Kita Ward Office.
The event has two parts: a neighborhood-versus-neighborhood "sports day" in the first half and a "residents' festival" in the second half.
About 40 organizations will have booths, with a variety of games, hands-on activities, and consultation corners.
On the day of the Kita Ward Residents' Carnival, come join in, cheer, try things out, and have a fun day.
