Build in draft
Create a new scavenger hunt and complete the initial settings. Drafts are free and unlimited — iterate as much as you need before publishing.
Add Spots & Rewards
Set up your spots (name, photo, description), check-in methods (QR, GPS, keyword, quiz, etc.), rewards, and optional surveys.
Test in a live-identical environment
Share a login-free, view-only preview URL. Anyone with the link sees an environment identical to live — review your scavenger hunt together before publishing.
Publish (charged here)
Pay based on "days and content" — minimum $60 (1 day + 1 spot). Switch between public and private anytime during the publish period. Credit card payment.
Run & monitor in real time
Track check-ins and reward redemptions on the live dashboard. Extend days or add spots from the admin panel anytime during the publish period.
Return to draft (30-day retention, extendable)
When the publish period ends, your scavenger hunt auto-returns to draft and is retained for 30 days. Reminder emails arrive 7 / 3 / 1 days before the publish period ends, with one-click 30-day extension (free, unlimited). Reuse it as a template for next time.
