Handling Personal Information

Petanco handles only the minimum necessary personal information and provides services securely.

Personal Information Stored by Petanco

Organizer	Email address registered at account creation	The organizer's email address is securely managed until the account is deleted.
Participant	When using Simple Login Email address registered at login	The email address used for login is securely managed until the campaign usage period ends. Organizers cannot view participant email addresses.
Participant	When using Simple Login + My Page Email address, username, participant attributes (age group, gender, area)	With My Page enabled, participants are prompted to enter a username and attributes (age group, gender, area) during the initial flow. Area is auto-detected from postal code. This data is securely managed until the campaign usage period ends. Organizers can view usernames and attributes but cannot view email addresses.
Participant	When using the Application Form Email address entered when applying for rewards	Participant email addresses are not used by Petanco. They are automatically deleted from the server when the usage period ends.

Personal Information NOT Stored by Petanco
