Aquarium Quiz Hunt

Aquarium Quiz Hunt

Stamp Tour Quiz In-Person Exchange Survey CategoriesCustom MapInstant Win

Welcome to the Aquarium Quiz Hunt at Bayside Aquarium & Science Center!

Visit six exhibits and answer a question at each one. Some stops are multiple-choice, some ask you to find a word on the exhibit panel, and one is a slide puzzle.

Collect all six stamps, then spin the wheel at the Welcome Desk for an instant prize.

What you can try in this demo

  • A different check-in at every exhibit — QR code, QR + quiz, quiz only, keyword, QR + keyword, and slide puzzle, all in one campaign. Switch the method per spot to match each exhibit.
  • Multiple-choice quiz — Up to four answers per question. Each answer carries its own message, so a wrong guess becomes a hint instead of a dead end.
  • Keyword entry with hints — Visitors type in a word from the exhibit panel. Register up to ten accepted spellings per spot, and show a hint when the answer is wrong.
  • Slide puzzle — A 3 x 3 puzzle built from the exhibit photo. It works without a QR code, so it can be played anywhere.
  • Instant win — Finish all six stamps and the wheel spins right on the phone. Winners are decided on the spot, with the win rate set by the organizer.

Where it fits

  • Museums, aquariums, and science centers — Turn exhibit panels into questions so visitors actually read them, and mix in a keyword stop to send them hunting for a detail.
  • Trade shows and conferences — Put a quiz at each booth so attendees listen to the pitch before they collect the stamp.
  • Campus and community events — Quiz-only stops let people play from anywhere on the grounds, while QR stops anchor the route.
  • Downtown and Main Street — Hide keywords in shop windows and let visitors solve the street like a puzzle hunt.

How it runs

Visitors join with a QR scan, no app install or sign-up. Quiz-only, keyword, and puzzle stops do not even need a QR code, so remote or seated visitors can still take part.

Wrong answers show a hint instead of blocking the visitor, which keeps completion rates high even with harder questions.

Change a question or an accepted keyword from the admin screen at any time, so the hunt can be refreshed for repeat visitors without reprinting anything.

Trade Show & Conference Stamp Tour

Trade Show & Conference Stamp Tour

Stamp Tour QR Code In-Person Exchange Survey Custom LabelsCustom Map

North America’s largest PTC technology showcase, all under one roof.

Beyond PTC itself, explore manufacturing and processing machinery, inspection and measurement instruments, and every technology that keeps the PTC industry moving.

R&D, design, and manufacturing professionals meet exhibitors face to face and start conversations that turn into business.

What you can try in this demo

  • Text replacement — Show “Booths” instead of “Spots” to match the event. Guide attendees with the vocabulary of your show.
  • Custom map — Use the show floor plan as the map so attendees can see where every booth is at a glance.
  • Survey — Run a survey alongside the stamp tour to learn what attendees are interested in and how satisfied they are.
  • Multilingual — The attendee screen can be offered in several languages, with one-click AI translation to keep prep to a minimum.

Where it fits

  • More booth visits, longer dwell time — While collecting stamps, attendees stop at booths they would otherwise walk past, so every exhibitor gets more conversations.
  • Stamps tied to real conversations — Have booth staff present the QR code, so only attendees who heard the pitch get the stamp, not passers-by.
  • Session hopping at conferences — Place a spot at each poster session or breakout room to encourage attendees to spread across sessions.
  • Completion reward plus survey — Hand a giveaway to attendees who complete the tour while they answer the survey, and you leave with the data to improve next year.

How it runs

Attendees join with a QR scan, no app install or sign-up, and the screen can be shown in multiple languages, so international shows and global conferences run without a language barrier.

Each booth only needs a printed QR code, so exhibitors have almost nothing to prepare.

The stamp tour spreads foot traffic across the whole floor, raising satisfaction for organizers and exhibitors alike.

International Festival Stamp Tour

International Festival Stamp Tour

Stamp Tour QR Code In-Person Exchange Survey Categories

Welcome to International Festival Weekend!

Wander through the booths and performances across campus and collect a stamp at each one. Collect them all to enter our prize drawing.

At every stop, student clubs from around the world are waiting to share their food, music, and traditions with you.

What you can try in this demo

  • Categories — Group spots by stage, culture tents, and food court so visitors can find what they care about even at a large festival.
  • Survey — Ask visitors how they heard about the festival when they start, and use the answers to plan next year’s promotion.

Where it fits

  • Foot traffic across the whole campus — Even when club booths, exhibits, and stages are spread out, visitors naturally cover the entire festival while collecting stamps.
  • Visits for smaller clubs and exhibits — Spread the crowd that gathers at the main stage to corner exhibit rooms and small booths, so every project gets seen.
  • A completion prize drawing keeps people until the end — Only visitors who collect every stamp can enter the drawing, which gives them a reason to stay until the closing ceremony.
  • Sponsor booths in the tour — Add sponsor booths as stamp spots to guarantee visits and raise the value of festival sponsorship.

How it runs

Visitors join with a QR scan, no app install or sign-up, so students, off-campus guests, and families can all take part.

Each booth only needs a printed QR code, so student volunteers can set up and run the tour on their own.

Unlike paper stamp cards, there is nothing to print, hand out, or collect, and participation can be checked in real time.

Weekend Park Fest Stamp Tour

Weekend Park Fest Stamp Tour

Stamp Tour QR Code In-Person Exchange Survey

Two days, one park, endless fun.

Join our weekend park fest on the Great Lawn. Visit four booths to make, play, taste, and learn, and collect stamps for a goodie.

Bring the family outdoors.

What you can try in this demo

  • Stamp images per spot — Each booth can have its own stamp image, so the stamp screen fills up with color as visitors go and collecting feels rewarding.
  • Two-tier prizes — One stamp earns a participation gift, and all four earn the completion prize. The low bar gets people started, and the completion prize pulls them through every booth.
  • Survey — Ask how visitors heard about the event at the start and how satisfied they were before they redeem. Both answers feed the next event plan.

Where it fits

  • Visitors cover the whole venue — Place spots on the lawn, in the shade, and by the water, and visitors naturally walk the entire grounds while collecting stamps.
  • Ready for a two-day event — The only prep is printing QR codes, so even a weekend-only market or fair can launch on short notice.
  • Tied to market purchases — Put the QR code at a booth’s register and mention it to buyers, and participation connects directly to sales.
  • Families stay until the end — Set the prize tent next to the stage so parents and kids walk every booth together and stay longer.

How it runs

Visitors join with a QR scan, no app install or sign-up, so families and older guests can take part with ease.

Each booth only needs a printed QR code, so vendors have almost nothing to prepare.

Unlike paper stamp cards, there is nothing to print, hand out, or collect, cards cannot get soaked in the rain, and participation can be checked in real time.

Shopping Mall Brand Point Challenge

Shopping Mall Brand Point Challenge

Point Challenge QR Code In-Person Exchange Survey CategoriesCustom Map

A point challenge across the shops and experiences of the mall.

Visit participating stores or shop during the event to earn points, then trade them for coupons, limited goods, and more.

Discover new brands while you shop, and pick up some perks along the way.

What you can try in this demo

  • Point challenge — Unlike a stamp tour, the same spot can be checked in more than once to earn points. Rewards are exchanged for points, so you can set tiered perks by point count.
  • Categories — Group stores by level so shoppers can find the ones they care about.
  • Custom map — Use the floor plans as the map so shoppers can see where every store is at a glance.
  • Instant win — At 2 points, shoppers spin for an instant-win coupon and know the result on the spot, so earning points is fun in itself.
  • Survey — Run a survey alongside the challenge and use what brought shoppers in and how they rate the visit for the next campaign.

Where it fits

  • Repeat visits during the campaign — Because the same store can be checked in again, shoppers have a reason to come back several times during the event.
  • Points tied to purchases — Put the QR code at the register and mention it to buyers, and participation connects directly to sales.
  • Synergy between brand stores — Bundle stores from different brands into one challenge, and a shopper who came for one store is guided to the others.
  • Tiered rewards by points — A coupon at a low tier and limited goods at a high tier give shoppers a reason to visit more stores.

How it runs

Shoppers join with a QR scan, no app install or sign-up, so even trend-sensitive customers do not drop off.

Each store only needs a printed QR code, so a campaign with a short lead time can launch right away.

Unlike paper coupons or stamp cards, there is nothing to print, hand out, or collect, and participation can be checked in real time.

Main Street Merchants Stamp Tour

Main Street Merchants Stamp Tour

Collection Card QR Code Application Form Survey

As a thank-you to everyone who shops local on Main Street, we are running a digital stamp tour with a sweepstakes for a great prize.

Visit participating shops, collect stamps, and enter to win.

What you can try in this demo

  • Entry form — Once they have enough stamps, shoppers enter the sweepstakes from a form that collects the shipping details, so the prize can be sent straight to the winner.
  • Survey — Ask how shoppers got downtown and where they usually shop before they enter, and use the answers for merchant planning.

Where it fits

  • Foot traffic into side-street shops — Place stamp spots not only on the main drag but in side-street shops that get less traffic, and shoppers cover the whole district.
  • First visits to unfamiliar shops — Collecting stamps gives shoppers a reason to step into a store they never tried, and some become regulars.
  • Tied to market days and local festivals — Run it during a farmers market or a downtown festival to multiply the draw.
  • Stamps tied to purchases — Put the QR code at the register and mention it to buyers, and participation connects directly to sales.

How it runs

No app install or sign-up, just a QR scan, so shoppers of every age can take part.

Each shop only needs a printed QR code, so merchants have almost nothing to prepare.

Unlike paper stamp cards, there is nothing to print, hand out, or collect, and everything from joining to entering the sweepstakes happens on one phone.
