How is the publish-time price calculated?

Accepted Answer

Price = days and content. Days ($20/day for 1-30 days, $12/day for 31+ days), spots ($40/spot for 1-10, $30/spot for 11+), surveys ($40 each), and categories ($60 each). Minimum publish price is $60 (1 day + 1 spot).

Yes. You can purchase additional days, spots, surveys, or categories from the admin panel during your publish period. Your existing content is preserved.

Share a login-free, view-only preview URL. Anyone with the link can view your scavenger hunt before you publish — view-only, with no check-in or survey responses.

Can I customize the entry form?

For privacy protection, the default entry form only collects nickname and email. However, you can use the Form Extension feature to collect additional information such as address, name, and phone number at your own responsibility.

You can change theme colors, fonts, menu icons, QR code styles, and layouts from the dashboard. We do not accept custom design requests.

Yes. We support photo check-in and receipt scanning. You can approve/reject photos and review receipt scan logs from the dashboard.

Does build/test time count toward the publish period?

Accepted Answer

No. Building and testing as drafts are free and unlimited. The publish period only starts at publish time. Be sure to download your event data during the publish period or the 30-day draft retention window.

What happens when the publish period ends?

Your scavenger hunt automatically returns to draft and is retained for 30 days. Reminder emails arrive 7 / 3 / 1 days before the publish period ends, and you can extend for another 30 days with one click (free, unlimited).

Question 13

How do AI features work and how many free uses do I get?

Accepted Answer

AI features such as auto-generated content and multi-language translation are free up to 20 uses per day. Beyond that, you can buy credit bundles (100 credits for $40, 500 credits for $130).
