International Festival Stamp Tour

Welcome to International Festival Weekend!

Wander through the booths and performances across campus and collect a stamp at each one. Collect them all to enter our prize raffle.

At every stop, student clubs from around the world are waiting to share their food, music, and traditions with you.

What you can try in this demo

• Categories — Group spots by stage, culture tents, and food court so visitors can find what they care about even at a large festival.
• Survey — Ask visitors how they heard about the festival when they start, and use the answers to plan next year’s promotion.

Where it fits

• Foot traffic across the whole campus — Even when club booths, exhibits, and stages are spread out, visitors naturally cover the entire festival while collecting stamps.
• Visits for smaller clubs and exhibits — Spread the crowd that gathers at the main stage to corner exhibit rooms and small booths, so every project gets seen.
• A completion raffle keeps people until the end — Only visitors who collect every stamp can enter the raffle, which gives them a reason to stay until the closing ceremony.
• Sponsor booths in the tour — Add sponsor booths as stamp spots to guarantee visits and raise the value of festival sponsorship.

How it runs

Visitors join with a QR scan, no app install or sign-up, so students, off-campus guests, and families can all take part.

Each booth only needs a printed QR code, so student volunteers can set up and run the tour on their own.

Unlike paper stamp cards, there is nothing to print, hand out, or collect, and participation can be checked in real time.
